Lit a fire to prepare soil for planting seeds.
Didn't realise that already grown crops also burn when the fire spreads.
Didn't realise significance of having crops adjacent to log cabin until too late.
Ran around like madman trying to figure out how to put fire out.
Fuel was un-removable (still growing plant + solid wall of log cabin).
No water thrown at it seemed to matter.
Final result: Burnt house down.
And everything in it, hides, firewood stored for winter, all my tools, the works...
... Committed suicide rather than face rebuilding.
