DDO: FLW #1

DDO sure brings to mind all the 'interesting' times of D&D. I think I'm going to be able to compile a new book of "Famous Last Words."

Ironically, just as I plugged in my mike, I got onto a team without any. Ok, nm, I don't like hearing my own voice anyhow. Stuff went by relatively well, until our rogue quit, and then there was this room with a fire trap. Immediately, two of our members tried to charge through the blazing flame and gee, surprise, they died.

We stood there for a while, trying to figure out a way to get past. Couldn't. So the wizard suggested going on another quest. Ok. So she ran in and died to the trap and rezzed outside.

Me not being content, examined the map one more time, then realized that the room was a dead end...and that there was another passage leading to mission completion.

I mentioned this as I zoned out...the reply I got from the kamikaze-rs?

"Yeah, but there is hot loot in there"
