Captain Imanidiot, Corporate Tool

So I spent 2 fruitless hours googling random computer support websites and browsing through Logitech's Tech Support site, downloading and reinstalling their profiler/drivers, downloading a calibration clearing executable which didn't find anything to repair and resigning myself to spending another $40 to get a new USB gamepad at some point in the future - what, visit Tec-Drome this month? AGAIN?

I should have just looked up Youtube right at the start.

Power to the people and all that. And yay for amateur hobbyists with much better grasp of the problem than lowly paid outsourced service staff.

30 mins later (so I missed the screw under the sticker for a while and failed to read the comments,) the gamepad is now reporting a perfect calibration in the Logitech Profiler.

Hope the performance stays consistent in the games too.
